To request a ride with ByFy, simply download our app on your mobile device, enter your destination, and select the type of vehicle you prefer. The app will show you the estimated cost and wait time. Once you confirm, a nearby driver will be assigned, and you can track their location in real-time until they arrive to pick you up.
ByFy offers shared value, allowing riders to offer more money to the driver for higher priority or less money for a cheaper ride.
To be a ByFy driver, you must have a valid driver's license, a vehicle in good condition, and meet our company's safety and service quality requirements. Additionally, you need to register on our platform and complete the background check and documentation verification process.
If you have any problems with your ride, you can contact us directly through the Help section in the app. We offer personalized support to resolve any issues you may have. You can also reach us through our contact form on our website.
To request the deletion of your account, follow these steps:
1. Log in
2. Go to the main menu
3. Go to the profile
4. Click on delete account
Clarifications:
You have a period of 30 days to repent. After this period, the action cannot be reversed.
Your information will be kept for at least one year for legal reasons
